-Conceptualizing, developing and executing online experiences for mainstream consumers worldwide
-Identifying next generation consumer experiences working with external agencies and translating new ideas and concepts into relevant consumer experiences quickly
-Managing and developing breadth of technology and product content including video modules, demos, copy, etc
-Working with editing and publishing teams to design and deliver relevant content
-Designing quick-to-market online programs for global deployment
-Working closely with internal groups such as IT, PR, product teams, regional web teams, etc.
-Driving and implementing web 2.0 innovations
-Deep understanding of website design and production
Qualifications
-Ability to provide direction for projects
-Experience creating web engagements for a consumer audience to drive sales
-Strong creative project management skills and ability to lead and direct outside resources
-Deliver programs on-time, on-budget
-Must have understanding of consumers and how they engage in the buying cycle
-Knowledgeable of industry trends with regard to digital marketing and ability to align with strategy and develop implementation plans
-Ability to work in a constantly changing environment and make decisions quickly
-Strong understanding of web design, applications, navigation and web 2.0
-Thorough understanding of Information Architecture/User Experience Design a plus
